Even though common sense SHOULD be a guide for folks making comments online…one person’s common sense is another’s “holy crap! I can’t believe you just did that!” Social Media tools are becoming more and more essential for business. And even though you may not “get it” yet…you need to take the time to be knowledgeable about options, information, tools and how your employees could and probably ARE using these things.
